This morning at Alton Baker Canoe Canal I was catching and releasing almost as quick as I could get the fish released and cast back out again.
I started by tossing a Thomas Buoyant and got a fish on the first toss.
After catching and releasing an number of fish, the bite slowed so I switched to mouse tails and could not set my pole in the holder before I get a bite.

One thing that amazed me was the small number of other anglers out.
