Quick run to ABC this morning for 2-1/2 hours of line wetting.
I got there about 8:30, left at 11.
I did not see the delivery truck so they were either very early today or perhaps sometime yesterday.
Caught a trout on aalmost every cast within a couple of minutes.
I released all I caught, numbers ran near two dozen
Many were nice size fish runing a pound or larger.
Chrome 1/4 Oz spoons, and mouse tails for soaked bait.
Very weedy in the canal.
Go catch a few yourself.
Still a couple weeks away from JCP first planting.
