A couple of trout at Hagg Lake Sunday

Went out later Sunday afternoon and was on the water fishing by 3:00. Spent some time trying to hook a bass or two - after a while, I decided to move out to where it drops off and try trolling for some trout. Got two. Later in the day, I did finally pick up on smallmouth near the dam. Nothing of any size, but a fun day none the less. Weather was beautiful!

Thanks - the lure I used is actually a chrome crankbait - I cannot remember exactly what it is, but it dives in the range of 8-12 feet. I saw fish STACKED between 12-24 feet on the fish finder.

The trout were kind of chubby - I was glad to see that they were eating well.
