Beautiful Fish! What river?

Thanks for the tip Chuck, we were looking for a spot back there but most of the ground looked pretty soggy, we weren't sure if it was safe to walk out there?

Camped at Packard Creek last weekend. Pulled a couple little native rainbow out on power bait but nothing bit on flies or spinners. We just kept to the couple of coves within walking distance of our campground.

Fished below the Dam at Cottage Grove for a couple hours yesterday. No strikes but talked to someone there who pulled a Trophy Rainbow out earlier that day.

Me and a buddy were out there last Friday - we went from the pond by the peter defazio bridge and hit it with panther martins and dry flies/black wooly buggers. Worked up about 100 yards from there. Nothing biting for us or the other few fisherman we talked to. Fished from about 430-630 pm.

Cool, sounds good - I've been watching a lot of Orvis/Tom R vids.. I have some trouble with the indicators, getting the line to cast smoothly. Going to keep practicing. thanks for the help!
