I'm pretty new to the Bend area myself (just moved to Bend about 3 weeks ago!). I doubt I would be catching any fish as I will have to learn the waters and locations to actually catch fish, but would love a "buddy" to hang out with while doing what we love most! Shoot me a PM the next time...

Call me naive, as I am relatively new to salmon and their migrations..but why the apprehension of this program? Seems like all they are doing is trying to "imitate" a natural run that took place 50+ years ago? I would assume the best "fix" to the problem is "un-fix" the dams and blow the crap...
