while at Harriet Lake yesterday I ran up towards Timothy, the gate was open were the road becomes gravel on the back side. I did not go any further. Saw some beautiful fish swimming around at Harriet but none were biting Lure, Fly or bait

I don't know you or that river but if you want to carry, do it the right way go take a class and get your Concealed Weapons Permit. Even as a Security Officer I agree with others why potentially take another life or screw yours up over a fish? I have heard many stories of guys pulling...
I Agree. And I have been told by many people down the whole river, if your below the high water mark you are on public land. Also I have been told if you are unshure of the high water mark then put your toes in the water and you are fine.
