The sturgeon were calling so I answered :)

I got 12 of them on a trip with a brother years ago. Legal to keep them back then but none were big enough! I think we figured the biggest was an inch under keeper size. Really enjoyed it and went one more time and the brother, trying to anchor the boat got the anchor rope caught in the motor...

    Washington proposed carp fishing change

Why do people fish for carp in the first place? I have never met anyone that eats them. Maybe the same reason a lot of people simply fish catch and release for everything?

    . . . I’ve been following this subject and its not good for fish . . .

Ya know, if you were to really check deep you'd probably find out everything humans do is toxic to fish and game animals.

    Inexpensive tackle

Something I just thought of about rods. Lot of guy's tried inexpensive rods and had trouble with them, sounds like breaking. So they spend a bunch more money on a presumably better rods and problem goes away. Well do you think the problem goes away because of a better rod or a more expensive rod...

Gummed up card on my 20hp Honda last year. Shop suggested it was caused by condensation. Now when I park the boat I make sure the boat tank is full of gas. Also durning the winter I run the motor several times a month fo a while.

    Learning to fish in Oregon

Oregon rules are made to make money for Oregon. In Oregon on the same water, the rules change depending on which two rocks your standing between! Darn pamphlet, call it that, for fishing and hunting looks like one of those big copy's of the Holy Bible!
