I guess I am missing something. Wickiup is and was designed for irrigation purposes. It was not made with recreation as its main purpose. Maybe with enough issues,they will just stop stocking it. A great fishery but it’s not designed for sportsman its for irrigation

It's not your set up,that one in the pic is perfect. What area are you in? Where have you been fishing? Someone on here might know the waters you're fishing.

My first suspicion is your bait to hook ratio. To little bait,to big of hook and your just sitting on the bottom. Bait needs to float up off the bottom or else,nada! If you think this might be it, try putting a little corky on to help float your bait. Good luck

Why Kokanee? This is a trophy bull trout fishery. Your looking at 9in. dinky Kokanee at LBC. Troll for Bulls! Then before you leave if ya just gotta have some tiny kokes, set the riggers at 70 ft with a dodger and spinner.

I've seen years when the reservoir has ice still on it in early March. And according to ODFW web page there is ice there now. Maybe you ll find some open water. Do bass and catfish like cold? Thought they were more warmer water lovers.
