Late Winter/ Early spring holdover fishing

I was wondering if anyone has info on the Quartzville watershed and holdover fishing. Im thinking of exploring it but I want to know if its worth it. I don't need secret spots or anything but info is appreciated.

It’s a tough spot to fish when temps get as low as they have. The water temp up there is already in the low 40s. People report good fishing for holdovers and wild trout typically in the early fall. ODFW says it’s fishable under 300 CFS but I find those flows to still be quite high and difficult, especially when the water is cold. If it’s a close drive for you, I’m sure it’s worth getting to know.
