i have been to the fish ladder twice and there are a ton of trout and steelies there but the ladder is all fenced over and you would have to fish below the ladder or els i think you could get a ticket for fishing in a ladder. but who knows

is anyone fishing the head of the Willamette river right now for steel head or is it just coast fishing and fishing the rivers by the coast ?

same here i have only caught trout, small and large mouth bass, in Dexter lake but in look out i have heard that there is catfish. but yet still no sight of walleye.
