Youtuber fishing closed water?

This looks like the upper D right? Drone shot looks like something in the LA Pine area. I think the D is closed above Warm Springs.

I was thinking it was the stretch below Wickiup but either way closed water. He did get called out a bunch in the comments for fishing and harvesting in closed waters and honestly I'm surprised he hasn't responded. He has been very diligent about regulations and stating the regulations when he's fishing or harvesting in all his other videos.

I have enjoyed some of his videos in the past but it sure looks like he is fishing closed water and retaining fish out of season. I'm just not sure where he could be that is open all year.
