Which fork is this?

Trying to figure out the regs for this area. I visited last weekend and saw some people fishing on the south side of the bridge, but am not clear what water they were on. They were fishing just past where the Devils Lake fork comes in, but I saw some promising water north of the bridge as well.

From Devils Lake Fork to where Elk Creek comes in, is this the South Fork?

Given the wording in the special regulations for the Wilson, in that the mainstem runs to the south fork, I believe that is the mainstem. The zone map further confirms that by showing the devil's fork ending at the confluence with the south fork.

That is how I understand it as well.

Thanks for the feedback everyone, I am taking the plunge into steelheading and will be on this stretch this weekend camping with the kids at Elk Creek, assuming we can find a spot.
