Where to bank fish in Portland

I'm from Eugene, and I rarely make it to Portland. I'm going to be there Saturday and was wondering where would the one place you would go if you only had one day to fish?

I've been saving some "flags" on Google maps with places I'd like to fish or at least check out, not quite the same.

I would recommend the Willamette either by Oregon City or St. John's cathedral Park.
