What the h*ll is this!??

While fishing above trail bridge last year, I found this strange skull. I have researched and shown this thing to biologists, and still have not been able to identify. I think it may belong to a fish, but I need more insight! Guesses or even some tips for more resources would be appreciated. Thanks!

It's not a fish - not sure which biologists you've spoken with, but jeese - if you spoke with a biologist they should have been able to tell you it's not a fish.

How can you tell its not a fish?

This is what the biologist thought, too. No beak on this one, but if it had one and it decomposed faster than the skull, this would be a very large bird.

Fried chicken bones is the best craw bait I've ever used. Maybe fried turkey works just as well. I dunno how that would fit in a craw trap though!
