We got jack at Tahkenitch

Went to Tahkenitch today . No one at the ramp so we were worried that we just to early for the run. Out we went to our favorite spot, Not a single fish rolling, but hey you gotta try right.
On our first pass tossing lures at the bank Eddy hooked up with a jack. That was fun.
Then 10 mins later another. We ended up with 5 jacks and a bass !
This rain should bring in new fish.
I can't go again until next sunday
should be hot by then

Hit Tahkenitch this morning
Weird thing 2 other boats in the lot and then I noticed that one was my brother in law Rick !
We got 3 jacks ( let 2 go ) When we left at 10:30 to go to Siltcoos Rick had 2 jacks
When we got to Siltcoos we decided to try somthing different for us anyhow . We pulled plugs along the west shore
That was cool because it gave me chance to use my new Lamiglass pole
First pass and Wham 12 # Hen Thanks to some quick net work by Tony cause I could see that she was barley hooked !
In the net and the plug flies at me
I now have a new lucky pole !
