Topwater flies for steelhead

I saw a video yesterday in which some guys were stripping in what looked like small poppers from the action on the surface and they were getting crushed by 10+ steelhead. I tried to get a good look at the flies, but couldn't tell what they were. Any ideas?

Probably wakers, unless it was scott howell, in that case they probably were some of his popper patterns. Google scott howell poppers, you will find what you are looking for, also try googling Dean river wakers, or skeena popper or waker-

Was the video of a place in Canada? Love that one!!!

Sick video - in the last half you see fish come up for it aggressively but either miss or don't quite commit...
