Steelhead fishing around Seaside/Astoria

Hi guys I must admit this my first time going steelhead fishing. My girlfriend is here from Africa and wants me to take her. I am looking for rivers that have bank access. I know many people aren't willing to share there spots but could someone point me in the right direction! Thank you in advance

I would go to the necanicum at the county park bobber dog and use jigs and worms spinners can be productive too!
