Smallmouth bass biting

i recently went bass fishing on saturday close to 158 and marine drive. I caught 6 smallies, and 3 were 9-11 inches, and i caught them on a small brown leadhead tipped with half a nightcrawler. if anyone was wondering about the smallies in the river, they're biting now!! just be sure to keep your bait near the bottom, and fish below eddies, or beside sunken boulders.
