Siltcoos or golf??

It is either Siltcoos or golf this Sunday? Any input...

we have rain coming Fri-Sat, clearing out Sun.

I am headed over this morning to check the water level at Siltcoos and see how many fish are rolling around in the river below the dam. I will post what I see by early afternoon....

I have not been over since we got skunked on Tuesday...roger

for what it is worth, the dam opening has been increased ("the dam is open" as some would put it), the water level at the launch at 10am Thur is a good foot lower than it was late Tue afternoon.

getting our boat ready and planning to fish Siltcoos this afternoon...

nothing. nada. zippo....

we fished the river, inlet, and MapleCreek arm. no sign of fresh fish coming in this afternoon, best we heard was a boat at the launch with 2 jacks and they had seen 2 fish caught by other boats while out all day...

I want there to be a bunch more coho in Siltcoos this year but losing hope....roger

Sounds like a golf day. If you hear of anything please post...I would rather go fishing!
