Show us the kids!

Thought it would be fun to show how much fun kids have when they go fishing. If you feel comfortable showing the kids with their fish, here is the place. I love seeing the smiles on my grandkids faces when they catch fish. I'll start with a couple photos of my grandson Zachary who fished with me at Lost Lake for some trophy trout this summer.

The key to keeping kids interested in fishing is to make it fun and when they decide the fun is over move on tho something else. They'll want to fish again if they remember how fun it was. That means if the fish aren't biting find something else to do that makes the fishing trip fun!

Here's two of my three kids, the oldest is excluded for teenage privacy.

The youngest, now 7 months old, but then 6 weeks old, first fishing adventure and her first trout.

The middle child, now 7, but two at the time, and also her first fishing adventure, first time seeing water and first trout. (before I had her she knew nothing outside of a small crate so it was ALL new)

Oh, wait...you meant human kids. No I have none of those needy critters.
