Nice first try at lost lake.

Hey all! First post on the forum so I thought I would show off my first nice fish out of Oregon waters. Was camping at lost lake 2 weeks ago and ran down to the water after setting up camp to get a few casts in before it was completely dark and hooked into this beauty.



It was my first decent fish in Oregon after months of midgets. Caught a couple smaller ones the next day out of the canoe. Going to Tillamook Bay tomorrow, will hopefully have my first salmon under my belt to show off!

Nice catch. I have been debating whether to take my nucanoe to Lost lake Monday or hit the Wilson for salmon. That lake is sooo peaceful.

Go for the Wilson, the bite is on there. Didn't catch any myself but saw a few come in. Wish I had more than 30 minutes to fish it on Friday!
