Water looks high! I doubt they would spend all that money putting it in if people couldnt launch. I'd better in lower summer flows it would be just fine.

Just up river in Toledo Wa. there is a new launch. I havent seen it yet but plan on a trip there this week sometime to check it out

"Boats under 18 feet ....." Good Lord, how big a boat do they run out of this place. Or is this just above the confluence with the Columbia River?

This is 10 miles up the Cowlitz River from its mouth where it empties into the Columbia. !8' boats are common as well as smaller boats. Lots of guide boats here.
