The river need's rain to bring the fish up into the river. The few small shower's they've had over there has brought a couple fish in, but they turn dark real quick. Its all a tide water show until it gets some real rain.
Tide water's been hit or miss, depending on the ocean conditions. The fish dont cross the bar on a rough sea. Those who have hit it on a calm day do much better then the rest of the week.
