The best way to eat it is to make jerky out of it. Lol
Its not bad if you cube it, salt it for 24 hours, the wrap it in bacon with some cajun spices.

Yes sir. We had a great year at crane. Caught fish up to 9 lbs.
All on helgermites ( dont know how to spell it). I think we averaged 5 fish over 2lbs every time we went.
