Motor advice/part identification

So I found a potential motor. Guy says it's a jc penny. I have never heard of it. And said it needs the throttle linkage in the handle replaced. Is this the correct brand and part. Can I even get the part. These are the pics he sent me.

If its a jcpenney, they will be able to tell you if the part is still availlable. Beware of old motors. The miracle gro and the extension cords might be a bettter deal.

get the serial numbers and model numbers then call a shop and see if they can still get the part. looks like an old pennies motor. also you should check the compression and make sure they are the same in each cylinder. basially the way the motor is know you can't trottle the motor with the tiller handle so its junk unless you can get the part you need. hope this helps.
