Hit Fall river and the met this weekend,lots of bwo action on the fall,but nothing but dinks over there for me (12"or less, but stuck several fish).The met was a little slower fishin,saw one trout rise for a bwo,so nymphin' was the game. Some fat caddis flying around,and I had a few patterns to match, but the fish werent having itbeautiful weather and surroundings,little pressure and a bottle of tequila,thanks God, for some heaven on earth

I got that bull with a size 22 brassie, 2.6lb tippet.I have only ever caught 'em on tiny nymphs,while targeting rainbow.
