I may be way out there but doesn’t this include like parking at state parks? I have never used it , but I believed that was the case.

Aha! The Pioneer license does include a parking pass--but NOT at state parks. Instead this permit allows you to park at over 20 ODFW wildlife areas for activities like hiking, wildlife viewing, and fishing.

It also includes a BIG C basin endorsement and includes hunting too.
