McCLoud River california poll

so, this poll is for research purposes for a possible purchase... please only answer the poll if you flyfish. would you pay $1000 for the opportunity to fish 7 miles of the mcCloud river that have been private property since 1904 and managed as a catch and release flyfish only fishery since 1905, for 6 days staying in a lodge that holds up to 6, or 14 people ( two different bunk houses ) and less than 15 people would ever be on that 7 miles of river while you are there.?

I voted yes,,bieng someone that lives in the city i would jump on any opprotunity for solitude,6 days in a lodge with only 14 other fly anglers...GO FOR IT HALIBUTHITMAN
