I'm back!!!

After a 2 month hiatus from fishing, I'm Back! :dance:

Hit the river this afternoon for a short trip looking for a little steel. Hooked up twice, once with a 16" cutthroat that was absolutely gorgeous, then swung up to a different tailout that usually holds a fish or two and managed a 24" native hen. :clap: not too bad for 2-1/2 hours on the water. It didn't seem that I was fishing over very many fish, had a report from my son that had seen 6-7 steelhead laying on one of the tailouts I fished before the rain came and moved'em around! :think:

Yea, on the North. Not very much activity right now, most of the fish coming up this late in the run are natives heading for Little River, Very few hatchery fish. My son did see one native in the fish viewing station that was pushing 14 lbs last week!!! :dance: Lot's of coho begining to head up the north now as well!
