It depends on the river, the wilson, kilchis necanicum... within hours or worst case a day.. the willy and clack will take longer..days.. the rule is head up farther in a river to fish sooner, or you can play the sandy by the snow level game, I think eagle creek may be the same.

I fished the mouth of the Sandy today and it was prettty slow. The water was stained. Saw a few fish rolling around but nothing promising. Time to head to the coast.

What river's are you wanting to fish. Anything on the coast is gunna be a few days. Lots of leaves being washed down right now and the water is brown.
