I humbly leave it to the experts to decide if this qualifies as 'fish porn'...this tail roast is from a 13# Wild Coho buck that we caught just below the Florence bridge on Oct.7; I plank cooked it last night here in Mesa, Arizona, and accompanied it with a great Oregon wine from a "Salmon Safe" certified winery....

Reading all the great posts to this forum (and also the salmon we caught, vacuum sealed and brought here using dry ice), is helping me make it to next May when we will be back to hit the Umpqua and start putting ink to our 2012 tags...
