Went up to Newport on Monday and FROZE my As$ off. Managed to get about 60 before I was so cold I couldn't unhook the fish and called it. Got a suggestion to soak them in milk prior to smoking/pickling and it was a good one! Made some pickled and smoked and have a few le

ft over for Ling/Halibut HAVE FUN!

Winco usually has them in the *fresh* fish case. Previously frozen ...
