Freeway Lakes Crappie

just got home from Freeway lakes with my father we fished from 4pm - 9pm and caught 60+ crappie trolling little crappie jigs it was really a great time all 60 were caught and released safely for next time

I've been meaning to give those ponds a try. I drive by them four days a week while heading home from work. I might just have to take my boat to work. Thanks for the report.

Way to go! You really can't beat catching a bunch of fish while creating lasting memories with family. Never fished with either of my parents,so I envy your memories. Congrats!

i know they stock trout into this lake/pond. anyone ever cath them. ive been twice and havent ever gotten into anyfish

Personally I wouldn't eat any fish from that water.
