Fly fishing this time of year?

I would really like to fly fish in a lake somewhere but can't find where to go. Id like to go for trout but because all of the rivers are closed i dont know where to go. I might get a float tube soon so thats definitly an option. Is there any smaller lakes that arnt snowed in?

Thanks

I'd recommend Lost Lake up off Hwy. 26 on the way to the coast, or Harriet Lake. Not sure of what to use fly wise but they should have some fish in them.
