Fern Ridge Reservoir bass

I live just minutes from the dam and know there are bass in this mud hole but have yet to pursue them- Anyone have any experience they would be willing to share? The long tom a few miles down is full of dinks so i know they are around........

I've caught them in the rocks along the dyke and near the island. I have some other places too. I'll send you a link on FB.

Back in the 70's, my sis got a 5 lb. bucketmouth. I think we were at Bundy Bridge, on the Long Tom. There are probably bigger ones in there. Those stretches, are probably within 30 minutes of your pad <pun intended>.

There's also lots of decent sized smallies, in the Tom.

Hmmmmm.....Just might have to do some poking around the ol 'tom this spring!

At the south end of the lake there are some channels that I fished and did quite well. If you have a canoe you could go under the bridges to the other side of the high way. I bet there are some bucket mouths over there.
