Coonshrimp rigging Willamette steelhead?

Hello.
Steelhead fishing bug finally got me. Experienced Oregon angler seeking tips,technique,rigging details, advice pics/diagrams for Float/bobber coon shrimp in the Willamette riverEugene Springfield.

Its a pretty pressured spot but if you really just want to catch some steelhead go to the bottom of dexter dam where the disc golf park is and cast pretty much any type of shrimp out on a bobber setup. If you can get the spot closest to the dam its pretty good. Make sure to bring a net because its an annoying spot to land fish if no one is there to help you
