Checked out the Sandy

Went to the sandy river by the fish hatchery last weekend just to look around and enjoy the weather. I picked up an insane amount of fishing trash everything from coffee cups to hooks lots of bits of yarn and miles of line. The water looked really good but did not see any fish getting caught. Spoke with one guy and he said he has been fishing pretty regularly for the past few week with not a ton of luck.

Yes,no shortage of filthy slobs down there. So depressing I stopped going down there years ago.

I am just getting started in fact my reel comes next week so I am hunting around for places to go. I am out in welches and looking to find some places to go near me.

It is ridiculous how much trash I find when out fishing and mushroom hunting W T F is with people.Wonder if they act like that at home

I always imagine they do, I picture their house with the floor littered with little bits of food and rusty fish hooks. I also have an image in my head of what they look like, it helps.
