Best chironomid lakes in Oregon?

Above is a Diamond Lake fish taken by my neighbor. My two favorite chironomid lakes are Diamond and Agency/Klamath Lakes. What are your top picks?

..only lake ive consistently fshed where ive caught fish on a chironomid is Aaron mercer reservoir. i havent used them very much there though, usually fish soft hackles and dries on a floating line there believe it or not,come to think of it ive only tried chirionomids a few times but im fairly new to stillwater. nice fish!!!!
