Beautiful float on the Rouge

Went on the Rouge today.Beautiful day,had the river to ourselves.We got a dozen to the boat with a few nice ones mixed in.HAVE FUN!

Is it still bobber and bug this time of year? I tried it once with a guide and it was definitely a top 3 worst day ever fishing.

I stuck with a Buds Steelhead #3 in brass.My buddy mixed it up with Nitecrawler and The same spinner that I was using

When I did it, it was fly only but you could use conventional gear. Just had to have an artificial fly as the lure.
