Anybody else have a problem with Sportsmans

Warehouse ordering system.
I have been trying for three days to remove an unwanted item from my cart so I can purchase a new lowrance Hook 5 fish finder.
Before I changed my mind I was gonna buy the 5x.
Now I have both in my cart and it will not allow me to remove the 5x.
I've tried contacting them but I can only do so by email because my hearing impairment does not allow me to use a phone.

Nope. I just bought from a different source.
The same unit was on sale everywhere for the same price.
If they want business they should try and improve that.
