I enjoyed a nice float learning the Campbell to Missouri stretch yesterday. Got to play with a steelhead and a few nice sized trout. All went back... but unfortunately the steelhead was not an intended release. Lost her at the boat. The fish was laying in the current nearby and I got the bright idea to try pulling it in. I then dealt with the wrath of a ticked off chromer!

Did you roll through Corvallis at about 8:30 in the morning. Swear I saw that boat on hwy 20 headed for the coast!

Glad you had a good day Chuck. Seemed like it would be a good day for it. I was cursing myself for not taking the day off when I saw you drive past me in the morning!

Might have to quit neglecting my boat and get out this next week. Been slacking hardcore, I haven't gone steelheading once this year lol, just had other stuff going on, and then the rivers turned a shade of poop.
