air im8 or lamiglas?

on my never ending search for rods, i found an amazing deal. ok, so this guy has a brand new lamiglas cascade pro for 60 bucks, or i can get an air im8. which is better? is it worth it to get the lamiglas?

IIRC the Cascade Pro is an entry level Lami. Meaning, 1 yr warranty, e-glass construction (usually), and generally not what you would want to think of when you think Lamiglas.

Don't judge on price. Check the rods out side by side and see what feels best. If you have a reel, or at least have one in mind, see if you can get one tossed on the rods so you can see how it feels.

IM8 IMO is a nicer rod than a cheap Lami... Lami's are nice, but you have to pay more for a nice one.

Also Lamis in general or a bit heavier so I would think the im8 would be lighter and just a better option.
