Agency Lake & resort?

I have not a clue as to where to pose this question.....so

I'm thinking about buying a lot to build a retirement house @ Agency Lake.
Does anyone have any local information on this area?
It's a part of Oregon that I've always wanted to explore but havent had the time. Its close enough to Klamath "for groceries"

If you like fly fishing it's a good location. Close by is the Williamson River, the Sprague, the Scycan and of course the Woods River. It's just south of Fort Klamath and just west of Chiloquin.
