Good seeing you out there Chris. I guess we were late as well as we saw only a couple fish jump at that drift. It does look promising though so I may be hitting it next rain.

Thanks for the kind words...Ill be out in the Columbia Sun-Tue so I'll take some pics...It should be a bloodbath. LAst Sunday we netted 12 and 10 were native. Last Sat they netted 11 and 9 were keepers so the Silvers are thick down in Astoria !!
Sup everyone. Its been a while so heres an update. Saturday night by Youngs Bay/ Astoria - Camped in Hammond and pulled this sick silver beauty 10+ pounder. Cut beautiful orange. Trolling herring in 5 foot swells. Hope everyone is well.

OTF: I wanted to get her back in the water asap. She had undergone a heavy duty 25 minute 1 mile drift fight of her life. Not to mention I was hurting. It was so Fri**in awesome.

Ok folks I've been sick for 3 weeks but finally back in buisness. Had the strep throat or West Nile or something but was able to go fishing yesterday and landed this lunker...30+ pounder a few miles east of Chinook Landing on the Columbia. Im so back. See you all on the water.
