Nice! Yeah this is definitely not your typical matte silver finish. Its pretty bad.

You can see on the clean blade a little bit of the finish is kinda scratched and some silver is showing through. Every blade is like that whatever the finish is, it's thin..so even if I hit it with steel whool I think that would remove most of the white finish on it... which I'll probably end...

If this is where I think it is, I've been down there a few times trying without any luck. Good job. Ive only ever fished there the few times recently so still trying to figure out where they are. Haven't even seen any jumping or rolling though..

Land locked salmon have been in there a long time. ODFW has known about it for a long time as stated in the article. Its even been in the regulations for YEARS that you can't keep them. They are just now trying to find out how there are wild ones in there with the hatchery ones.

As much as it sucks, if they want to change the bag limit for the season to 5, fine, but why the change to 1 a day. Not everyone lives on the coast and it sucks to make a trip for the chance at 1 fish only then pack it in and go home... honestly I'd rather make 2 trips and tag my 2 each day for...
