Great day for trout!

Me and a few buddies went to the Santiam and had a great time. First cast had a good 17" rainbow (nice and fat!) We caught a bunch of sqaws which was still fun, A fish is a fish to us It was a beautiful day and a good time with some buddies. Going back tomorrow to try it again.

Sorry If you don't care but I had a good day and wanted to let someone know :lol:

P.S Anyone know how to post pictures? I took some but can't figure it out.

Thanks all! We went around Jefferson but im itchin to go up the canyon near lyons or higher. It seems like nice water for fly fishing when it gets a little better.

Hey ilamb55, the great thing about this site is that folks always appreciate a fishing report. Personally, I am with you on not caring about what species I am catching. I love feeling that pull on the end of the line.
