SWMBO tells me that there have been 8 more caught in the past few days. It sounds like I may be timing this well.

My neighbor caught a 16 pounder a few days ago but I haven't heard of any others yet. I won't be home until the 3rd of Sept but I sure hope they are biting when I get there. Pics and stories are appreciated. I'm fishing vicariously through you guys while I'm out on the road.

I only get home a few times a year. Usually just a couple of days at a time. I fish in whatever weather happens to be there when I am.

I fish many more hours than I catch.

I was talking to my folks in SoCal today and my dad said that he had seen where they were chumming. That's all I know. He heard it on the local news for all that's worth. I will say that my dad may have had his facts wrong. Sorry...

They say he was chumming. I'm betting he's going to do a little jail time for hooking that shark.
