    Access for disabled?

I took a friend out there in a wheel chair. Great place for disabled.

    Preference: dries or nymphs?

A caddis dry and a pt nymph are still pretty easy to cast. That has worked for me with high water in the Spring.

Need an aluminum welder for my boat

Hoping others respond. Seems like a list of reputable folks who can handle aluminum welding would be quite useful.

Fly fishing Central Oregon (first time)

This link at USGS shows flows in case it is helpful to you: http://waterdata.usgs.gov/usa/nwis/uv?14087380 It is not immediately below the dam, but hopefully gives a general idea.

I'm not the expert, but I've had luck on the Crooked River that time of year. I just fish a Coachman wet and let it swing. Fish will likely hit as it starts to rise at the end of the drift. Wade out a few feet and roll cast out quartering downstream. Simple and peaceful day on the water.

New lake to fish in Beaverton!!

I've often wondered why it was not planted in the past. I agree about the habitat, but wonder only if there is enough food for the fish to establish themselves. Seems like the water is deep enough for the trout to make it through the warm season.
