Please post about your favorite small "mom & pop" type local shops. To help support their business.

I'll start this thread by highly recommending Two Rivers Fly Shop in downtown Albany. I've known the owner, Mitch, ever since the mid 70's. He and his sidekick Brad (RIP brother) were the fishing department guru's, back then, for Anderson's Sporting Goods in Corvallis. They eventually opened Two Rivers in '02. Mitch is a great guy, honest, very knowledgeable, and has a great selection of products for beginners, novices, or pros.

If you're in or near Albany stop in and support Mitch's business when you can. Of stop by if you're driving through Albany on your way to a fishing destination.

Bandon Bait

Dianne the owner was a guide for years and always has good Intel to share.

Freshest sandshrimp on the south coast. A must stop on your way to Elk and Sixes. Bonus....Best fish and chips around as well.

Amazing shop, great prices, and great guys. The owner told me to call the shop and he sent me pictures of my son fighting a nice fall chinook
