We ran from Dayton down to the mouth two weekends ago. The deepest hole was in the high 20’s, most of the river was 8-10, and there were a few spots where it was 6. We didn’t cross the gravel bar at the Willy but spoke to someone who had.

I should also say I was in a 13 Sterling (like a Livingston) with a prop, probably draws 2’.
If you have a shallow draw jet sled it is probably still open. You might be better off putting in Newberg and seeing if you can cross into the Yamhill. If so, you can make it all the way to Dayton.
Watchout for deadheads just under water. There are plenty.
